We collect only what the game needs to run. No ads, no selling your data. The photos you scan are deleted after 30 days, and you can delete your whole account from inside the app.
Junk Drawer is a mobile game made by Jeff Ai HQ LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the Junk Drawer app collects, what we do with it, and the choices you have.
It covers the Junk Drawer app on iPhone and Android and the web pages we run for it. By using Junk Drawer you agree to this policy and to our Terms of Use.
Junk Drawer is for people aged 13 and older. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
If you are under 13, do not use Junk Drawer or send us any information. A parent or guardian who lets a younger child play on the parent's own account is responsible for that use and for supervising it.
If we learn that we hold personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it. A parent or guardian who believes this has happened can email hello@jeffaihq.com and we will remove the account and its data.
You can play without giving us your name or email. The app creates a guest account for you the first time it opens.

When you scan an item, the photo is sent to our servers and to an AI service that identifies the item. The result becomes your card.
Please photograph items only. Do not scan people, faces, documents, mail, medication labels with names on them, or anything else that shows personal information. Our content filter blocks some items, but it is not a privacy filter.

Other players can see your username, avatar, level, the title you choose to show, the cards you own, your Trading Floor listings, your crew, and your battle results against them. Friends can also visit your drawer, see your trophies, and react to your cards. When you react to a friend's card, that friend sees your reaction and your username. A card you lose in a wager or give in a trade moves to the other player, with its history. Other players cannot see your email address, your name from Google, or your photos.
These companies receive only what they need to do their job. Each handles information under its own terms and privacy policy.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, to protect someone's safety, or to protect our rights. If Jeff Ai HQ LLC or the game is sold or merged, your information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

You can delete your account inside the app at any time:
This removes your account, cards, tokens, progress, friends list, battle history and scan photos right away. It cannot be undone. Premium passes you bought stay with your Apple or Google account, and any time left on them can be restored on a new account with Restore purchases.
If you cannot use the app, email hello@jeffaihq.com with the subject "Delete my Junk Drawer account". Send it from the email address on your account, or include your username. We will delete the account and its data and confirm when it is done.
Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under your local privacy law. Email us and we will respond as that law requires.
Game data is sent over encrypted connections. Scan photos are kept in private storage that only our servers can read. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed without permission.
Our servers and service providers are in the United States. If you play from another country, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States.
We may update this policy as the game changes. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
Junk Drawer is for ages 13 and up. Your cards are yours to keep; your photos are not ours to keep.
